30-sare BSE Sensex 199.76 points, or down to about 0.26%, closed at 75,939.21. Earlier in the day, it declined by 699.33 points or 0.91%, to reach the intrade of 75,439.64. Meanwhile, NSE Nifty 50 fell 102.15 points or 0.44%on Friday at 22,929.25.
“Technical indicators suggest a recession approach, with the key EMAs (20, 50, 100, 200) align in a downtrend. Stochastic RSI is trading in the oversold sector, while RSI stands at 38, indicating frequent sales pressure. Market participants should closely look at 22,800 levels for further directional signs, ”Brokerage firm Choice said broking in a report.
