Seoul:
Police said South Korean actor Kim Sai-Ron was found dead in his house in Seoul on Sunday.
A police officer told AFP, “She was found dead and there is no sign of foul play.”
She was 24 years old.
The Yonhap news agency said that Kim Sa-Ron was found by a friend on Sunday evening, who reported the search to the police.
Kim Sai-Ron is known for her role in the 2010 film “The Man from Nover”, in which she played a kidnapped child saved by a former special force agent.
She won the Best New Actress Award at the Korean Film Awards for her performance.
In his career, Kim Sai-Ron displayed versatility in a series of acting roles and won several other film awards.
But in 2022, his career suddenly stopped after an intoxicated driving accident, for which he was fined 20 million Jeeta ($ 13,800).
With negative public spirit after the incident, she later struggled to play a new role.
