Amid criticism on poor form, India’s vice-captain Shubman Gill hit Net a day before the team’s super 4 struggle in the Asia Cup. Gill, which was brought to the Indian T20I side after a long break of about a year, has done two back-to-back outing in the tournament.

India is expected to return to its original playing line-up on Sunday. Against Oman, India experimented with both bat and ball, which almost put him in trouble.
