National Open Athletics | Rashah draws a surprise in the spear

Rishb Nehra on Tuesday surprised to record his personal best to claim men’s spear in a competitive sector on the concluding day of the National Open Athletics Championship at Birsa Munda Stadium, Morbadi on Tuesday.

Ka Anamika (5629) achieved an individual best to win her young woman Heptathlon Gold. Manikanta Hobadhar (100 meters) and Pooja (800 m) were postponed to the best athletes in men and women’s classes respectively.

Railways, including Kaven SK, Thertesh Shetty, Vikrant Panchal and Rajesh Ramesh, set a new meat record (3: 06.35) in 4x400m relay.
