The 42 -year -old construction laborer was stabbed by his fellow workers following an argument in the AIR layout under the boundary of the Komighali police station on Saturday night.
The deceased has been identified as Syed Mehboob. According to the police, Mehbobob was working with Kanika and Raju, as a loader of crushed stones in trucks.
On Saturday, a trivial argument was given a warm argument between them, and in a scuffle, Kanika stabbed Mehboob with a knife. Both the accused fled from the spot. By the time the passers -by rushed him to the hospital, he died, the police said.
The police have registered a case of murder and started searching for the accused who are on run. The exact purpose behind the murder is not clear, the police said.
