Royal Challengers Bangalore on Saturday drafted the Women’s Premier League (WPL) at Sneh Rana as a replacement of the injured Shreyanka Patil for the remainder of 2025.
Shremanka, who has played 15 matches for RCB and he has taken 19 wickets with his off-spin, has been dropped out of the third edition of the tournament due to unwarded injury.
“Challenges are difficult, Shri. On the field too!,” RCB mentions in a post on its official X account.
The franchise said, “Get well soon and get strong! Next year RCB’s red blue and can’t wait to play in gold.”
Shremanka also recalled the white ball assignment at home against the West Indies and Ireland last year for hurting.
The 30-year-old Rana, who is an off-spin all-rounder, has played for Gujarat veterans in the first WPL.
She has joined RCB for Rs 30 lakh.
Defending champion Royal Challengers Bangalore on Friday started protecting the title with a six -wicket win over Gujarat veterans in Vadodara.
