Champions Trophy The top eight ODI teams in the world are set to return to their ninth version. Defending champions hosted by Pakistan and UAE, the tournament will be played for the first time after 2017, when Pakistan first raised the trophy.
The qualification for the 2025 Champions Trophy was determined by Standing in the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup, with the top eight teams achieved their spots. Teams are divided into two groups:
- Group A: Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, New Zealand
- Group B: Australia, Afghanistan, England, South Africa

According to the tournament format, each team plays once against others in their group. The top two teams of each group will qualify for the semi -finals, which will lead to a grand completion.
The tournament closed on 19 February at the National Stadium in Karachi, where hosts Pakistan participated in New Zealand in the initial match.
India will play all their group-phase matches in Dubai, a two-time winner and runner-up in 2017. His campaign begins against Bangladesh on February 20, followed by a much awaited struggle with hardcore rivals Pakistan in the blockbuster weekend.

There will also be another Marki encounter in the weekend, which will face England in a fierce battle to face an OD World Cup champion Australia.
The semi -finals have been determined on March 4 in Dubai and in Lahore on 5 March. The final will be held on 9 March at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore until India is qualified, the position in which the title will be held in Dubai.
