Overweight doctors lose 25 kg in 42 days, many win fitness awards



A doctor who has shed an impressive 25 kg in just 42 days, according to a report, has gone viral on Chinese social media platforms after winning several awards in a fitness competition. His dedication was such that he managed to lose weight in about six weeks. As the competition was contacted, Wu intensified his training by spending around four hours a day in the gym.

“Wu’s training intensity is more than many professional athletes,” Xi said.

73.5 kg and 182 cm long weight, Wu participated in Tianrei Cup fitness and bodybuilding match in January. Being the only doctor in the field, the challenge was intimidating, but Wu managed to win the champion title in the most popular contestant along with the newcomer and fit model categories.

Those wishing to be healthy like Wu were quizzed about their advice, Wu said: “You should make a long -term plan to lose weight and emphasize it. I do not advocate harsh, short -term methods. , Those who require very little food, “Wu said.

According to the report, Wu has already helped around 100 people to successfully reduce their weight in recent years.
