In December 2024, Blake filed a sexual harassment complaint against Justin and accused him of misconduct during the film’s production.
In response, Justin Civil is paying compensation for $ 400 million citing forcible recovery, defamation and confidential attack.
Justin Baldoni’s Attorney, Brian Freedman said Blake and his team spread the media “gross edited, unbalanced, new and medical information”. He also accused them of trying to bulldes “bulldoz reputation and livelihood for selfish reasons”.
The test between Justin Baldoni and Black Liveli is scheduled to be held in May 2026.
