A day after facing the AAP crushing in the AAP assembly elections, AAM Ama Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal met with the winning party candidates on Sunday.
Outgoing Chief Minister Atisi, who attended the meeting, said that the reasons for the party’s defeat were discussed during the meeting. He also said that there was no discussion on who would be the Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly.
The Bharatiya Janata Party made a historic comeback in the national capital that won 48 out of 70 assembly seats in the national capital. Whereas, AAP registered a registered win on 22 seats and the Congress failed to open its account for the third consecutive time.

Kejriwal, who lost his New Delhi seat from BJP’s Parvesh Verma, directed the elected MLAs to serve people and solve their problems.
“The analysis is currently going on why AAP is lost, but it is the mandate of the people of Delhi, we respect the mandate,” he said while talking to reporters after the meeting.
“This election was done with too much hooliganism, such an election would never have been held in the history of Delhi. Where money is being distributed openly, liquor is being distributed openly, police distributed it to it And whoever is complaining about it is being put in jail, “he said.
