BJP debut MLA Rekha Gupta was sworn in as the fourth woman Chief Minister of Delhi on Thursday (February 20, 2025) from Shalimar Bagh. Delhi’s Lieutenant-Governor Vinay Saxena administered the oath of office during a ceremony at Ramlila Maidan, in which several BJP and NDA leaders participated.

Along with Ms. Gupta, six other ministers also took an oath of the day, however, not all ministers have been allotted her portfolio. A complete list of ministers of Delhi government is given here:
- Rekha Gupta – Chief Minister For the first time the MLA of Shalimar Bagh was sworn in as the ninth Chief Minister of Delhi. She is also the fourth woman to conduct the top posts of the capital. Ms. Gupta is a member of an active Rashtrapara Sangh (RSS) and a three -time councilor in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
- Parvesh Verma – He is the son of former Delhi CM Sahib Singh Verma and won against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal from New Delhi constituency by more than 4,000 votes in 2025 Delhi assembly elections. He is also a two -time Lok Sabha MP from New Delhi constituency, who has won in the 2014 and 2019 general elections.
- Ashish Sood – Ashish Sood, is a Punjabi face in the Janakpuri cabinet, he has organized several major positions in the organizational unit of Delhi BJP. A former councilor, he has also served the Goa BJP Unit and in -charge (in -charge) and Co-Incharge (Co-Prabhari) of Jammu and Kashmir BJP unit.
- Manjinder Singh Sirsa – Rajouri Garden MLA Majinder Singh Sirsa has served as the chairman of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee. He was earlier with the Akali Dal before joining BJP in 2021. He is a Sikh face in the Delhi cabinet.
- Ravinder Indraj Singh – Shri Singh is a Dalit leader of Bawana assembly constituency. A du graduate, his father Indraj Singh, has also worked for the BJP as an MLA from Narela in Delhi. He won the Bawana assembly constituency by more than 31,000 votes against AAP’s uplable Jai Bhagwan.
- Kapil Mishra A former minister in the AAAP government, he was dismissed by AAP in 2017 and joined the BJP in 2019 and then appointed as the Vice President of the BJP of his Delhi unit. During the North -East Delhi riots of 2020, he gave an ultimatum to the protesters, asking them to leave the area and then the results would not be good. He won Karawal Nagar constituency with more than 23,000 votes
- Pankaj Kumar Singh – Pankaj Kumar Singh is one of the two priest faces in the cabinet of Vikaspuri. He has previously worked as a councilor and is a dentist by profession.
