Malayalam actor arrested Tom Chacko and four others after police raids In January 2015, a trial court was acquitted on Tuesday (February 11, 2025) from an apartment in Kochi, Kochi, from an apartment, on charges of keeping cocaine.
Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ernakulam, acquitted him, explaining how the prosecution was unable to prove the allegations leveled against him under the drugs and Psychotropic substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.
Four other, models were produced as an accused in the case. The case trial started in 2018.
In his petition, the prosecution had rely on a testing report from others, digital evidence and forensic lab. One of the arrested female models allegedly procured cocaine from Goa.
The Nigerian citizen is said to have supplied 10 grams of cocaine, arrested by the police.
