A man in France has confessed to killing 11 year old girlAccording to French media, claiming that he was fierce after losing a game of Fortnite.
The suspect, known as 23 -year -old unemployed Owen L, told the police that he was playing video games when he came into an argument with another player who insulted him. Angered, he left his home in Epinay-Sur-Toy, Essone on 7 February to walk with his anger. But thereafter there was a frightening crime.
Prosecutor Gregier Dulin said Owen had initially planned to “pacify someone” or withdraw money, but instead “accidentally” crossed the road with 11 years of age Lewis LaselWhich was on the way from school to home. On February 8, the police discovered the body of Lewis on 8 February after the information about his parents’ disappearance. Investigators later found the male DNA in his hands.
The suspect also tried to bring another girl into the forest that day, but he refused, the French media told.
Owen L. later told his girlfriend that she “did something serious.” He allegedly disposed of the weapon of the murder, bleached her clothes, and threw them. His 24 -year -old girlfriend has now been accused of failing to report crime.
The suspect, who lived with his parents, had a criminal record for petty crimes. His elder sister also informed the police in April 2023 to become violent and aggressive.
