Human-Pedu struggle: Congress-led UDF has placed a don-to-dusk in Wayanad


The Congress-led UDF on Thursday launched a dawn heart in this high-grade district of Kerala on recent deaths due to wild animal attacks. UDF workers were seen blocking roads in various parts of the districts on TV channels, but were arrested and removed by the police.

Leader of the Opposition in the state assembly VD Satheson said on Wednesday that in the last three days, four people have been killed by elephants in high -class areas of the state.

“In just one week, five people have lost their lives,” he said.

He also requested Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in the Assembly to intervene in the issue and take some necessary steps to protect people from higher class areas from wild animal attacks.
