ITC dividend 2025 record date: Following the ITC hotels and its later listing demon, ITC has announced an interim dividend for its investors. This dividend announcement was made with the company’s Q3 FY2025 quarterly results. ITC has already set record date and dividend payment date.

This interim dividend is the first after ITC Hotel Demall in January 2025. Prior to Demall, ITC paid dividend twice in 2024-Rupee 7.50 more in June Rupee 6.25 in February. In 2023, the company paid Rupee 15.50 per share, while in 2022, there was dividend Rupee 11.50 per share, with an inscribed value of each RE1.
ITC Q3 FY2025 Results
For Q3 FY2025, ITC declined by 7.27 percent in its consolidated net profit, which stood up Rupee 5,013.16 crore for December quarter, compared to Rupee 5,406.52 crores in the same period last year. This drop was attributed to a sharp increase in weak demand and input costs. However, operations increased by 9.05 percent in the company’s revenue, Rupee 20,349.96 crore in December quarter, from top Rupee 18,660.37 crore in the relevant period of last year.
Nomura on ITC
Brokerage firm Nomura has maintained its ‘buy’ rating on ITC, keeping the target price for Rs 575. In its report, the firm has highlighted the increase in the company’s cigarette volume, but also warned of margin pressure in the major segment.
ITC Stock Performance
The ITC share price is trading at 0.17%in the early trading hours today, but in the last five days, it has fallen 4.6%. The stock is 3.11% below a month and has lost 12.84% in the last six months. However, on an annual basis, ITC has provided 5.96% returns.
