The Kerala High Court on Friday refused to grant anticipatory bail to Bharatiya Janata Party leader PC George in a disgusting speech case. The court said that the BJP leader denied bail and violated the bail conditions of a similar case in 2022.
While hearing the case, Justice PV Kuhikrishnan, while mentioning the bail order of 2022, said that if the court is to grant bail in such cases, it will send a “wrong message to the society”, the Indian Express said.
