On Monday evening, a “low -intensity explosion” occurred in the area of Raimal village of Batala, Punjab, causing panic in the area.
Police sources said that a “loud voice” was heard near a house, which has been said to be owned by a relative of police personnel.
It is not clear what the “explosion” triggered, he said.
The “explosion” damaged the floor outside the house and shattered its glass window.
No one was injured in the incident.
