Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis along with his family members took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam on Friday during the Mahakumba in Prayagraj. A video posted by news agency Annie on X shows CM Fadnavis taking a sacred dip in Sangam with his wife Amruuta and daughter Divija.

Expressing happiness over his journey, Fadnavis told Annie, “I am very happy that I can participate in Mahakumba with my family today. I congratulate Yogi ji for the amazing arrangements made here. Everyone is happy to see a new record.

Amrut Fadnavis, wife of CM Fadnavis, also said, “We are very happy that we are among the 50 crore people who have taken this holy dip of devotion during Mahakumba. I want to thank Yogi ji. The next Kumbh Nashik is also grand and has a good arrangement.

President Draupadi Murmu at Triveni Sangam
First, on 10 February, President Draupadi Murmu During the Maha Kumbh Mela going on in prayer, he took a holy dip in Triveni Sangam and also prayed.
After taking the holy dip in the Sangam, President Murmu visited Akshayavat and Bud Hanuman Temple. Akshayavat is considered a symbol of immortality in Sanatan culture and its importance is also described in ancient texts. Subsequently, he also visited the Bud Hanuman temple which is a major center of faith for devotees.
