Manipur CM N Biren Singh resigned, after 2 years of ethnic violence, to face floor tests

Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren handed over his letter to resign from the CM post on Sunday as the state is in the grip of an ethnic violence. Singh reached Raj Bhavan in Imphal on Sunday and handed over his letter to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla to resign as his government faced a floor test.
