Prime accused K, K, Khi, in the case of attack on the priest of Chilkuru Balaji temple. Veera Raghav Reddy, Ranga Rajan transferred to the Telangana High Court on Thursday (February 13, 2025), demanding a direction to send a local court order to judicial custody.
Justice of the High Court. Sujana postponed the hearing on Friday (February 14, 2025) after the government’s counsel sought time to secure the instructions. The petitioner’s counsel Sunkhara Naresh said that the sections of the law against the accused were not linked to the allegations against him.
A case was registered against Raghav Reddy and others Rajendranagar police of cyberabad after attacking the priestRaghav Reddy was sent to judicial custody by the local court.
