Bharatiya Janata Party leader Rekha Gupta The BJP Legislature is ready to be the new Chief Minister of Delhi after being elected as the leader of the party leader on Wednesday. Gupta, for the first time MLA, Will take oath of office in a grand ceremony Ramilila Maidan On Thursday.
After the announcement of her name for the top post, she met LG Vinay Kumar Saxena to stake the claim of formation of the government.

Gupta thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP chief JP Nadda, state party chief Virendra Sachdeva, and central observers Ravi Shankar and OP Dhankar.
In a post on X, Gupta said that he is fully committed to taking Delhi to new heights.

Who is Rekha Gupta?
Rekha Gupta was part of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) of the RSS students and became the Dusu president in the late 1990s.
He is a grass-nut leader who raised through the rank for a member of the councilor, the secretary of the Delhi unit of the BJP, the woman secretary of Delhi, a member of the BJP’s National Executive.
