Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday that senior Hamas leader Mohammad Sinavar was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza Strip, who is appearing to confirm his death for the first time.
Speaking in Parliament, Netanyahu ended the name of Sinavar among several Hamas leaders in recent Israeli operations. Mohammad Sinavar was the brother of Yahya Sinavar, the top Hamas commander believed that Israel was masterminded in the attack on October 7, 2023. Yahya was allegedly killed by Israeli forces last year.
