Linguistic minority platform of Tamil Nadu (LimFOT) wrote to Chief Minister MK Stalin on Wednesday to implement the National Educational Policy (NEP 2020) and paved the way for three languages in school education in the state.

Earlier, Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting L. Murugan set out in defense of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
“The National Education Policy (NEP) was not implemented overnight; it has come into force after 40 years of discussion. It is our responsibility to prepare our youth to meet global challenges, given the global competitive landscape. In addition, the new education policy promotes the participation of the student in research and educational progress.
