UPSC Aspirant Drowning: CEO of Delhi Court Coaching Center, gives bail to coordinator
Coaching center in Old Rajendar Nagar where three UPSC candidates died due to drowning

New Delhi: A Delhi court granted bail on Monday Rau’s IAS Study Circle Former CEO Abhishek Gupta and Coordinator Deshpal Singh in a case related to drowning of three candidates at the basement of the coaching center in Old Rajinder Nagar in July 2024. Like a bond of Rs 1 lakh with two bails of amount.
He was still on interim bail.
The court said, “The accused/applicants Abhishek Gupta and Deshpal Singh are recruited for bail regularly after presenting a personal bond in an amount of Rs 1 lakh with a fixed amount for the satisfaction of the trial court,” Said.
CBI A case was filed for various crimes, including criminal negligence, insulting duties and corrupt practices involved by any person of local authorities.
Three Civil Service Aspirants, Shreya Yadav (25) died from Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni (25) from Telangana and Nevin Delvin (24) from Kerala, died after the building basement. City on 27 July.
