New Delhi railway station Stamped: Names of victims issued by officials


New Delhi:

At least 18 people, most women and children, died and dozens were injured Stampede at New Delhi railway station on Saturday night. Among the victims were nine people from Bihar, eight from Delhi and one from Haryana.

The injured were being treated at Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital and Lady Harding Hospital.

LNJP Hospital has been released Helpline Number: +919873617028 and 011-23501207.

Financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh has been announced for the families of the victims, which is Rs 2.5 lakh for seriously injured people and Rs 1 lakh for minor injuries.
