The Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India’s ‘squad’ for the upcoming tour of England.
India’s ‘Team’ team’s senior team will play three matches before playing the first Test against England, which is scheduled to begin on June 20 in Leeds.
India A Team will play two matches against Lions before playing an intra-squad match, which will probably also include senior members of the team.
India will play England Lions in Canterbury and Northampton before going to Becanham for the India -e -intra squad game.
The three matches will be closely watched by Team India’s Thinktank as the team has many major spots that need to be filled.
Stallwarts Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma recently retired from the test team, which open at least two spots in the top order.
