Delhi swearing -in ceremony today: For the first time, MLA Renha Gupta has been prepared to administer the oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi at a mega swearing -in ceremony at Ramlila Maidan today. Along with him, six other MLAs including Parvesh Verma, Ashish Sood, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Ravinder Indraj Singh, Kapil Mishra and Pankaj Kumar Singh will also take oath as ministers of Delhi.

Later, she met Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and claimed to form the next government in Delhi.

More than 25,000 security personnel have been deployed in and around the venue to ensure law and order. Delhi Police on Thursday also released traffic advice hoping for a large crowd.
