The forum is scheduled for the grand oath ceremony of the Chief Minister of New Delhi at Ramlila Maidan on Thursday. BJP MLA, Rekha Gupta of Shalimar Bagh assembly constituency, Rekha Gupta has been nominated as Chief Minister who will take oath on Thursday.
Apart from Gupta, BJP MLA Parvesh Verma is likely to take oath of Deputy Chief Minister. Verma, who defeated Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal from New Delhi assembly constituency, is also likely to take oath as a cabinet minister along with four other MLAs.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa (Rajouri Garden), Ravinder Indra Raj (Bawana-SC), Kapil Mishra (Karawal Nagar), Ashish Sood (Janakpuri), and Pankaj Singh (Vikaspuri) are likely to take oath as other BJP MLAs. Minister led by Rekha Gupta in the national capital.
The ceremony is expected to be in the huge ground at the center of the national capital around the afternoon.

More than 25,000 security personnel will be deployed in the middle, north and New Delhi areas of the city before the ceremony to take oath. PTI said, “More than 15,000 companies of more than 25,000 police personnel and paramilitary forces will be a strict alert.”
He said, “According to the security plan, more than 5,000 police personnel will be deployed with paramilitary and at Ramilila Maidan. We have identified over 2,500 strategic points where heavy deployment will be ensured,” he said.
Delhi Police has been preparing for the event for the last two days, Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Ravindra Yadav told PTI. Special CP Yadav said, “Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora visited the venue this morning. He personally reviewed the preparations. We are sure that we will easily manage the incident.”
