The International Olympic Committee (IOC) will celebrate Olympic Day on 23 June across the country in collaboration with Abhinav Bindra Foundation and Reliance Foundation, Theme #Let’s Move + 1, with India!
The subject highlights the joy and inspiration of moving together, inviting people across India to experience the power of sports to promote both physical and mental health.
Meditation will be on the benefits of playing games or working with someone else, encouraging people to bring a friend, brother -in -law, colleague, family member.
As part of the celebration, 50 sports places across the country will open their doors to the public for free, which will have coupled sessions in football, padel, cricket, badminton and pickle.
As part of the Olympic Values Education Program (Ovep), the school across the nation may join the school movement.
Already, more than 10 million children have been positively experienced through OWP in Chandigarh, Odisha and Assam through the efforts of the Abinav Bindra Foundation.
