Man was arrested thinking that he is Palestine for shooting two Israelis on Miami Beach – The Times of India

A 27 -year -old man has been arrested after allegedly shooting two people in Miami Beach on Saturday night, claiming to target “two Palestinians”. According to NBC Miami’s report, Mordechai Brafman has to face two cases of second degree killing.
The surveillance footage featured Brafman’s truck moving south on the pine tree drive before making a U-turn on the 48th street, where he stopped directly in front of a vehicle with two victims. Brafman allegedly got out of his vehicle, approached the driver, and started shooting with the victims as they had passed. The report said that the vehicle of the victims was shot 17 times, both persons were killed inside.
One of the victims was injured in the left shoulder, while the other faced a wound on their cell. Brefman was later arrested at a nearby address on a nearby pine tree drive.
In an interview with the police, Brafman allegedly said, “When I was driving my truck, I saw two Palestinians and shot both.” However, there was no fatal. The police clarified that when the victims were coming from Israel, they did not confirm their nationality or were they Palestinians. The social media post recognized the victims as an Israeli father and son.
Brafman is the owner of a married person and a condomineium who serves as a plumber. He is in custody at the Miami-Dad Reform Turner Gilford Night Reform Center, waiting for further legal proceedings.
The incident expressed concern over the inspiration behind the attack, the police continued their investigation. Brafman’s lawyer has advised him to remain silent about the shooting details, which is still being investigated.
