The 37th annual Flower Show, Vasant Utsav, will start from February 20 in Noida and is going on till 23 February. In this program organized by Noida Authority in partnership with the city’s Floriculture Association, the Helipad Ground/Shivlik Park will be held. Sector -33A.
This year’s theme is Maha Kumbh-inspired, ‘Triveni Sangam of Prayer’, and visitors will be congratulated with a magnificent flower entry. The 30-35 feet replica of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple will also be on the show, and it is likely to be the focal point of the incident. Everyone can enter free, and the show can run in all four days from 11:00 am to 9:00 am.
With over 350 floral submissions and over 40 vendors, this year’s incident is expected to be larger than the previous year. The festival begins with a judge and a opening ceremony on Friday, followed by a variety of performances. The second day begins with the bloom of bloom, bloom and vegetable sculptures and a fusion band performance.
On the day of austerity, horticulture experts will give an introduction to gardening, distributing prizes and performing Indian cultural dances, while on the last day there will be a flash painting competition, prize distribution, a closing ceremony with a laser show and a Kavi savability.
Flowers at the performance will include Elism, Ester, Brackim, Calendula, Dectus, Ghazania, Larkspur, Marigold, Nastertium, Nemesia, California Popi, Salvia, Stock, Verbena and Viola. It will also have more than 80 stalls along with nursery and businesses that will offer horticulture equipment, pottery, manure and other horticulture supply.
In addition to the performance of flowers, there will be a seminar facility to teach school children about planting techniques and convert kitchen waste into compost. Various types of food kiosks will also be kept, which will provide the ideal mixture of nature. Street plays addressing social subjects will also be demonstrated.
According to Authority CEO Vandana Tripathi, adequate efforts have been made to guarantee that the incident goes on smoothly. Meanwhile, invitations have been sent to schools, corporate offices, colleges and resident welfare associations (RWAS), and significant arrangements have been made to ensure that the incident run smoothly.
