After the BJP returned to power in Delhi after more than 26 years of New Delhi, 9 February (PTI), party leaders met newly elected MLAs on Sunday, telling them about their political and public responsibilities.
The BJP on Saturday cleaned the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi, expanded its saffron impression and gave a devastating blow to Arvind Kejriwal -led party, whose top leadership fell or barely created it.
The Delhi BJP office on the pants route wore a celebration as sweets were distributed and the MLAs of the newly elected party were welcomed between traditional Uttarakhandi music and workers and supporters from Cheers.
BJP National General Secretary (Organization) BL Santosh, Delhi BJP in -charge Bayjayant Panda, Delhi BJP General Secretary (Organization) Pawan Rana and state unit president Virendra Sachdeva and others interacted with the MLA.
The conversation was held in the presence of Lok Sabha MPs.
Senior leaders directed the legislators about working within the appropriate organizational and administrative structure. He also emphasized that all MLAs should maintain complete transparency in their working style, Delhi BJP said in a statement.
During the meetings, the leaders attracted attention to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s victory message on Saturday evening and said that efforts should be made to create a developed Delhi without wasting at any time. PTI Wit NSD NSD
