SolinaA leader in the global food industry specialized in Saver Food Solutions, acquired US -based Socol Custom Food FoodIs expanding its presence in North America. It is on the heels of the acquisition of Solina’s Advanced Food Systems, Inc. (AFS) of December 2024, as the company plays a leading role in the food industry of the region.
Located in rural areas, Il., Socol Food Manufacturing, Supplies Custom Seri and Sweet Sauce Solutions for Retail and Foods Service channels. The acquisition will increase the sweet chutney abilities of the Solina USA, increase the capacity and scale, further strengthen its flexible supply chain, and drive growth.
Socol Solina’s Bolingbrook, Il., Is located near the site, which continues to construct the company’s central distribution point in midwests. This is the fourth acquisition of Solina in the US, after Asenzya in 2021, characteristic of Saratoga food in 2022, and AFS in 2024. Solina will now have five sites in the US: California, Illinois (2), Nevada and New Jersey.
Mark Dafi, Regional CEO, Solina North America and Michael Marx will lead the integration process, and during this time, Socol Management will provide day-to-day leadership to its team.
