Paris:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday that this is the right time for businesses to come to India as the country works towards the goal of becoming ‘distorted India’ by 2047, while a strong business-provides a friendly environment and policy continuity.
Addressing the 14th India-France CEO Forum here, PM Modi said that this meeting is a confluence of the best commercial minds of India and France.
PM Modi said, “I see that all of you are working with the mantra of innovat, cooperation and integrated. You are not only building connections, you are also strengthening India-France strategic partnership. “
Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron congratulated PM Modi at the CEO Forum in India-France.
“It is a matter of great pleasure for me to attend this summit with President Macron. It is our sixth meeting in the last two years. Last year, President Macron was the chief guest on our Republic Day. This morning, we cum -AI AAI Action Summit together.
PM Modi also highlighted India’s achievements in AI, Space Technology and ‘Make in India’ program.
According to the Prime Minister, “We are working with the target of 100 GW nuclear power by 2047. This sector has also been opened for the private sector.”
The Prime Minister further said that today, India is becoming increasingly a favorite global investment destination.
“You are aware of the transformational changes in India in the last decade. We have established an ecosystem of stable and predicable policy. After the path of reform, performance and conversion, India is the fifth largest economy in the world. The fast growing major economy is soon going to become the third largest economy in the world, “PM Modi said.
