Such an experiment allows artists and musicians to ignite the imagination of the younger generation by combining and presenting music in a fresh avatar. ,

Trained in Hindustani classical music, Nikhita revealed that she still compose songs using a hormonium. “This is the only device I have learned, and I feel the most comfortable creation with it. Growing up, I had a generous taste in music, listening to R&B and Pop. I am a big fan of Jazz and Indian folk. Currently, I am working on projects that mix hip-hop and folk effects that are two styles I love deeply. ,

On the subject of rebuilding the classics, Nikhita says, “When I am asked to recreate a classic song, I have to pay attention to what I expect.” I am careful not to have a sound like the original singer because it is not a point of entertainment. Personally, I enjoy creating classics again because it provides a new approach on music. My first remix, Itefaq SE (Raat Baaki), was an important milestone for me, especially because it was originally sung by Ashaji. ,

For her current work program, Nikhita says, “This is a studio. Honestly, it would be surprising to me if there is a day without recording, “she ends with a smile.

The event will be held on 25 January at Bolder Hills Gachibovali.
