bicep curls

Bangle

To exercise triceps dips, you will need a chair. Keep both your hands on the edge of the chair, reduce your body by straightening your feet, and then lift it. Do this process at least 10-15 times. This exercise helps melt the accumulated fat on your arms.

Push up

This practice is done by lying on the mat. Lying on the stomach on the mat, keep both your hands separate from shoulder-width and place your body on the toes and fingers. Now resting on the ground, lift the body and bring it down. This process is called push-up, repeating it at least 15-20 times can reduce your arm fat and strengthen your arms.

Arm cross over

To do this exercise, stand directly on a mat. Now spread your hands directly on the edge, then move your hands near the chest and do it in a cris-cross form. Keep doing this exercise with both hands for about 1-1 minutes. This will help you a lot in reducing hand fat.

Armal Circle

To exercise the arm circle, stand straight and slightly different with your feet. Now spread both your hands directly on the sides. Next, rotate both your arms forward and back 40-50 times. This practice helps reduce arms fat and strengthen them.
