With a lot of food options and surrounding opportunities, part control becomes difficult and people are over regularly. And this is a major cause of concern.

While the results of weight gain and related health disorders are known to eat more, it has an effect on fertility. Both men and women who consume unhealthy, junk and high-calorie food can experience hormonal imbalances that may lead to infertility.

Fertility can be affected by many factors, such as genetics, lifestyle and health. People usually do not include diet as a role in reproductive health, but it is when it is about overall welfare.
