Prashant Bhushan attributed Arvind Kejriwal to the party’s darbing in the Delhi Assembly elections and said that the pole was “beginning of the end” for the debut party.

Former AAP leader and advocate Prashant Bhushan blamed Arvind Kejriwal for the defeat of AAP in the assembly elections and said the party’s loss is “beginning the end”.
Bhushan, who was expelled from the party in 2015, alleged that Kejriwal replaced AAP, which came into existence for “alternative politics”, in a “corrupt party”.
“Kejriwal is largely responsible for AAP’s Delhi defeat. He also took a swipe on Kejriwal on ‘Sheeshamahal’ and said that he left with his original ideas and traveled in “luxury cars”.
He said, “He said that 33 detailed policy reports of expert committees established by AAP said that the party will adopt expedient policies when the time comes.” He felt that politics could be done by Blowster and Promotion, ”Bhushan said.
“This is the beginning of the end of AAP,” he said.
What did Anna Hazare say about Kejriwal’s loss?
Social activist and Kejriwal’s “Guru” Anna Hazare said that Kejriwal shed the image of his common man by making “Sheeshamahal” for himself.
He reminded Kejriwal’s previous promises of living in a “small room” for his life.
He had earlier said that AAP, a political organization that was born out of his India against the corruption movement in 2012, gave priority to money on public service.
The AAP suffered a crushed defeat in the Delhi assembly elections, with 62 seats in 2020 to cut 22 seats in 2025. The BJP made a comeback by winning 48 seats.
Kejriwal faced himself defeat to BJP rival Parvesh Verma from New Delhi constituency.
