The second episode of ‘Pariksha Pay Charcha 2025’ to be broadcast on Wednesday will feature Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who will engage with students on the importance of mental health and welfare. A video shared by the actress shows a glimpse of the event in which she talks about the importance of mental welfare, especially in the context of education.
The video begins with a student who asks Ms. Padukone about the important things that they can improve their mental health. For which, he advised them to always express themselves and press their feelings at any time, whether it is family or friends.
“Always express, press anytime. Stay with anyone,” he said.
The 39 -year -old actress will also open about her fight with depression on the show.

In a post on X, PM Modi said that “Examination Warrior” (mentioning students) wants to discuss mental health and goodness.

PM Modi on Monday launched the eighth edition of ‘Pariksha Pay Charcha’, with a conversation with students at Delhi’s prestigious beautiful nursery. He gave students several suggestions about controlling stress during examination, meditation and leadership.
Apart from Ms. Padukone, many famous personalities will participate in the show like: Bollywood actor Vikrant Masi, and Bhumi Pednekar, spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Boxer Mary Kom, Athlete Avni Lakhara, Nutritionist Rujuta Dikar, Foodformer (Revenant) technical Guruji (Gaurav Chaudhary). Business leaders like Sonali Sabharwal and Radhika Gupta will also be in attendance.
Launched in 2018, ‘Pariksha Pay Charcha’ is held every year to help students of class 6 to 12 to remove the stress and pressure of the examination. During the incident, participants get a chance to ask the Prime Minister questions. Online registration for ‘Pariksha Pay Charcha’ 2025 began on 14 December 2024, and concluded on 14 January 2025.
This year, 36 students from each state and center region have been selected to attach directly with PM Modi.
