A 23 -year -old American woman recently lost an eye vision, allegedly a rare parasitic infection that she had contracted with her contact lens. He had to undergo intensive treatment for eye infections, caused by solitude -moeta keratitis (AK), a parasitic amoeba that damages the cornea and can cause severe vision loss.
In another shocking case, a regular cataract surgery shocked the treatment doctors when they discovered a stunning 27 contact lens trapped under a woman’s eyelid, Live Science reported.
In July last year, Indian actor Jasmine Bhasin suffered corneal damage due to alleged over-oeing contact lenses. Wearing contact lenses can cause wrong to damage your eyes. This can lead to infections such as microbial keratitis, corneal ulcers, discomfort and blurred vision. Risks are high. The contact lens should only be washed with the prescribed solution, and never with tap water or other fluids.
