Shahnaz revealed that with a proper diet and by incorporating regular workouts in his daily routine, he achieved massive physical changes in just 6 months.

Shahnaz started his day with turmeric. While turmeric is good for health management, using it correctly can benefit and it is a waste to eat this spice. She revealed in the interview that she starts her day with apple cider vinegar with a cup of tea and turmeric water.

After proper hygiene, Shahnaz opposes a healthy breakfast that is mostly moong, dosa or fenugreek paratha. His breakfast is mostly protein and keeps an eye on the shape of the part.

He also has poha for breakfast, but prefers more vegetables than poha in the recipe. In addition, she uses cumin seeds, mustard seeds and vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and vine chillies from poha. With this, she prefers a bowl of granola and curd.
